What is the return policy?

Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in good condition, and with all original tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Personalized or custom items
- Accessories
- Undergarments
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment card.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be calculated based on the location the product is being returned from.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our web form within 15 days of delivery.
- Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
International Orders
- We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
- The same return and refund policies apply to both Canadian and U.S. orders.

We will work quickly to ship your order with in 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
